We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Those are securely processed by certified payment gateways (eSewa, FonePay, or others).

1.4 Location Information

We may collect:

    • Foreground GPS location to show nearby bus stops, real-time bus tracking, and route recommendations.
    • Background GPS location (only if granted) to provide real-time bus tracking even when the screen is off.

You can enable or disable location permissions anytime from your device settings.

1.5 Media Access

We request permission to access:

    • Images (for profile photo upload and ID proof submission)
    • Videos (only if the user chooses to upload a verification or support video)

We only access files you manually select.
